COMMUNITY RESOURCES
We love and support our neighbors every week.
At Christ UMC, we consider our church to be a sanctuary for all. If you need support of any kind--whether it's a safe space to share or some non-perishable food items--we're here to help. Learn more about our resources below or contact the church office for more information.
Food Pantry
If you or your family could use a bit of extra help making ends meet, stop by our church once a month on EVERY THIRD WEDNESDAY from 10am-12noon to receive blessing bags from our food pantry (Note: this new schedule went into effect May 2022).
We provide non-perishable and canned goods, birthday cake packages, and a limited supply of health foods, supplements, and baby diapers. See a volunteer about those items upon your arrival.
Remaining Distribution Days in 2022:
October 19, November 16, December 21
Additional Benevolence
We are dedicated to help those in need each week. To receive assistance through our benevolence ministries, we have KARM gifts cards available and, during the late fall, coat vouchers. Stop by our church on Wednesdays from 9am-3pm to learn more.
Alcoholics Anonymous
Each week we are the home of one AA group that meets on Wednesdays at 10am in the Library. Contact the church office for further details.
