Christ United Methodist Church is proud to participate in many local, regional, and local mission projects throughout the year, led primarily by our Men's and Women's Groups.

Family Promise

What is Family Promise? Family Promise of Knoxville helps families address the root causes of homelessness. Family Promise provides prevention services before families reach crisis, shelter and case management when they become homeless, and stabilization programs once they have secured housing. Christ UMC is honored to serve these families and provide housing and food for four weeks each year, rotating with other area churches. To learn more visit familypromiseknoxville.org. Other Mission Projects

In the past we have participated in flood and disaster relief around the world, we give to UMCOR, Rise Against Hunger, and Food Buckets for Zimbabwe, and areas of our conference who are hit by natural disaster.
