Holy Week

at Christ UMC

 

 

All are welcome to join us for This year, there will be an Agape Meal and short service (often called a Seder Meal in Jewish cultures) in observance of Maundy Thursday in the gym at 6 p.m.. There is no cost to attend the meal, nor a reservation required. Please come as you are.

 

The Good Friday service on March 29 is a service of Tenebrae, focusing on the dark day that Jesus endured. This is to be a somber yet meaningful service. Please join us in an attitude of prayer and reflection.

Easter Sunday morning, we will host our first 7 a.m. Sunrise Service in our church courtyard. This is by the breezeway located between the sanctuary and Wesley Hall doors. Join us for a celebration of song and rejoicing over the risen Christ. The United Methodist Men will be serving a light breakfast afterwards. All are welcome!

Lastly, continue the Easter Celebration at our 10 a.m. worship service either in person or online, with celebratory music, scripture, and message. We hope you'll come and be part of that time of worship!
